The SuperFast Community Gift (Quarterly Giveaway)
Every quarter, SuperFast Kitchen & Bath transforms one deserving neighbor’s bathroom — completely free. You can nominate an elderly neighbor, a veteran, or anyone who has made our community better.
- How to enter: Submit a nomination through our website or by contacting our office. There is no cost to nominate or to be nominated.
- Eligibility: The nominated recipient must be a homeowner located within SuperFast Kitchen & Bath’s service area (Grand Junction, Colorado and the surrounding Western Slope) and must be 18 or older.
- Selection: Recipients are selected at SuperFast’s sole discretion based on the story submitted and project suitability. Selection is not random and is not a purchase-based drawing.
- Prize: One (1) standard bathroom remodel per quarter, with scope determined by SuperFast. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Any structural, plumbing, or code issues discovered may adjust the scope.
- SuperFast may feature the completed project and recipient (with permission) in its marketing.
Sweepstakes / Giveaway — Official Rules
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. These Official Rules govern any sweepstakes, giveaway, or prize drawing promoted by SuperFast Kitchen & Bath (the “Promotion”), together with the specific prize, entry period, and entry method stated in the applicable advertisement for that Promotion.
1. Sponsor
SuperFast Kitchen & Bath, Grand Junction, Colorado (the “Sponsor”). The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, Google, or any other platform.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who reside within the Sponsor’s service area, unless a specific Promotion states otherwise. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Entry Period
Each Promotion runs for the entry period stated in the advertisement for that Promotion. Entries submitted before or after the stated entry period are void. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper.
4. How to Enter
Enter by completing the entry form for the applicable Promotion and providing accurate, complete contact information. Limit one (1) entry per person unless the specific Promotion states otherwise. Automated, incomplete, or fraudulent entries are void. No purchase, consultation, or payment is required to enter or win.
5. Prize
The prize, its approximate retail value (ARV), and the number of prizes available are as described in the advertisement for the applicable Promotion. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
6. Odds & Winner Selection
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the entry period. Unless a Promotion states it is judged or nomination-based, the winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries after the entry period closes.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided at entry. If a potential winner cannot be reached, does not respond within five (5) business days, is ineligible, or declines the prize, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release where lawful.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, city/state, and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
9. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may contact you about the Promotion and its services.
10. Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any claim or liability arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or technically defective entries.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion, or to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Rules. These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
